Stunning handmade barbecue skewers with forged out finger grips.
These stunning barbecue accessories were designed by Bex for Barbecoa, Jamie Oliver's exclusive meat and open fire cooking restuarant in the City of London. The restaurant has literally hundreds of them which it continues to use day in and day out.
The forged flattened end is designed to dissipate the heat quickly so the solid steel skewer can be handled soon after removing from the grille. Each skewer has been forged flat from round bar to stop the meat swivelling when cooking, and features the BexSimon maker's mark and a twist.
These skewers are perfect for cooking over the BBQ or under the grille and can come in a beautiful hemp wrap - perfect for gifting.

Each handmade skewer is unique, forged from mild steel, and pre-seasoned with a fine layer of pure flax seed oil. The skewers are not suitable for dishwashers and should be hand-washed only.
The skewers can be presented in a 100% pure hemp wrap.
