Bought to life in lockdown by our eighteen-year-old founder, Amelia, Bijoux De Mimi has become one of the fastest-growing jewellery brands in the UK without any external funding. With our hundreds of thousands of colourful jewellery-loving cult followers across social media, it didn't take long for the British press to stamp us as "Gen-z's favourite jewellery brand." Amelia received the "Highly Commended Brand of the Year 2021" and was second in line for the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2022." This was all down to the unique marketing strategy cultivated by our founder whilst bored in her bedroom mid-COVID, combined with our iconic pink and red starry branding. Amelia still designs all of the jewellery from our Notting Hill office, which is then packed and shipped to you with love by our incredible warehouse in Devon, even our information slips are tied with a bow!
We offer two types of UK shipping, Tracked24 & Tracked48.
We offer one additional gift wrap box per order; please place multiple orders to purchase multiple gift boxes. This is due to the size of our post box-friendly packaging.

Bijoux De Mimi Returns & Repairs Policy
No Change of Mind Returns: All sales are final. Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns due to a change of mind unless the item is faulty or incorrect for hygiene reasons.
Faulty or Damaged Items within 30 Days: If a fault is reported within 30 days, we can offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund. A replacement can only be issued once. Faults include Snapping chains, Dropping stones, and Items that do not match the photo or description.
Video & Photo Evidence Required: To process any claims, we require video or picture evidence of the issue via email and your order number or copy of the transaction.
Beyond 30 Days: No repairs, replacements, refunds, or credits will be offered after 30 days. We can, however, advise on how to fix the product where applicable.
What’s Not Considered Faulty: Repairs at Home: Some issues can be easily fixed at home or by us and are not eligible for replacement: Loose clasps, Pendants falling off earrings, Colour Changes or Fading: These are natural occurrences due to the nature of materials and are not considered faults.
Returns Conditions Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and documentation. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
Care Guidelines, Please handle your jewellery with care: Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals where applicable. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place. Clean your jewellery gently with a soft cloth.
