A beautiful, quirky set of 4 hooks, forged by hand from a pair of reclaimed garden shears.
These hooks would make a fantastic but unusual gift for any keen gardener, and would look great hanging in an allotment shed. The blades of the reclaimed garden shears are heated in our forge until glowing yellow; they are then forged around the anvil producing a stunning rats tail hook. Natural beeswax is applied to both the blades and the wooden handles, giving the finish a vintage feel.
Two holes are drilled for mounting the piece to a wall, and when fitted the handles as well as the blades can be used as hooks.

For indoor use. This product is made from a no longer working set of garden shears. The blades are steel and handles wooden, and the piece is finish with natural beeswax, applied when hot.
Two holes are drilled for mounting to a wall; the wooden handles act as hooks as well as the rats tail end on the blades.
