Hello! We are Boldly Whittle.

A husband & wife team from the Fylde Coast in Lancashire, where we live with our little boy and doggie.

Being a family run business, we pride ourselves on providing unique personalised gifts for moments big + little, so that you can create a bold statement no matter what the occasion.

All our products are illustrated, designed and handcrafted in our studio and workshop, and are made to order so that we can allow you to personalise each item your way.

We offer a range of homeware items, from coasters, keyrings and medal hangers to prints, poster hangers and wall hooks, to our extensive partyware collection, including cake toppers and charms to drink stirrers and charms.

How it all started

From an idea to a family run business.

Back at the end of 2018, after working as a professional designer for 6 years, Amy started the company selling personalised bridal cards. This came about after spending the previous 6 months organising her own wedding. It soon became apparent that there was a need for cards for the more modern bride, and there sparked an idea.

Over the following 18 months, the business grew, new lines were added and product ranges expanded to offer personalised prints for special occasions too.

Since then, a beautiful son has been welcomed into the world, shifting the focus of the business slightly to celebrate all life's beautiful milestones.

At the start of 2021, Amy was joined by husband James, making Boldly Whittle a wonderful family business. This allowed for further expansion by adding a full range of laser engraved gifts to complement the already successful papergoods side of the business.

Delivery

We handmake all products to order in our Lancashire studio.

UK Orders: Your order will be sent on a 2nd class Royal Mail delivery service.

International Orders: Your Greeting Card orders will be sent on an International Standard Service. All other products will be sent on an International Tracked (Tracked & Signed Service where supported in the destination country) service. Delivery times vary depending on Location.

Whilst we ensure orders are dispatched within 3 Working Days (often sooner), on rare occasions delivery may be delayed due to Royal Mail factors that are outside of our control. As such, delivery dates provided are estimated and are not guaranteed.

If your order is delayed, please double check the delivery address you entered upon checkout - and if it hasn't arrived after 14 days, please let us know, Amy & James x

Terms and Conditions

1) Returns & Refunds - Please contact us as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.

We will issue a full refund if: (a) Your order hasn’t been produced yet, (b) Your non-personalised order hasn’t been dispatched yet, or (c) Your order arrives damaged/faulty (proof required).

We will offer a partial refund if: (a) Your non-personalised order has been received, but is no longer wanted. You are responsible for posting the item back to us in it's original packaging, the item must be received back to us in a resalable condition. We recommend posting back to us using a tracked and signed for service.

We won’t offer a refund if: (a) Your personalised order has already been produced.
