Bombay Duck was the first Western company to design and brand homeware in India back in 1993, and still today, its founder Stephanie Oberoi remains excited to work with her suppliers to innovate and perfect, showcasing the best of Indian craftsmanship in products designed for Western homes. Uncompromising in her belief in slow design and slow production - often taking months to perfect a design - and resolutely driven by the desire to create the right product, for almost 30 years, Stephanie has dedicated her brand to vivid and happy colour, bold pattern, superb quality and meticulously thought-through detailing.

Aiming to add happiness to its customers’ lives, Bombay Duck is also committed to working sustainably to minimise its corporate carbon footprint, to partnering charities in India and England through donations and direct action and to building up personal relationships with its extended family of suppliers, to ensure good working conditions and a fair wage for its workforce.
