The sunflower seeds grow into lovely lemon-coloured flowers that symbolize joy and happiness. You can also add the recipient’s name to the packet for a personal touch. Sow them in pots or borders in a sunny space - they grow to around 1.5m tall.

The coaster has a botanical inspired illustration and is made of aluminium, which makes it super-strong and shatterproof. It measures 10cm square and 3mm thick. Its single sided and water resistant too, so simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth or bacterial wipe. They are single sided and plain white on the reverse.
