Keepr's Spirits infused with British Honey Two Birds Countryside Spirits

KEEPR’s artisan British spirits are inextricably linked to the natural environment and its beekeeping heritage. Its honey infused spirits of gin, bourbon and rum are made with 100% pure British honey sourced from hives across the UK. Both authentic and traceable, this honey is made by British bees who have gathered pollen from a wonderful mix of blossoms from all over Britain and is regularly tested to ensure its provenance. Local beekeepers work hard to care for their bees and supporting them has a positive impact on the sustainability of the species.

Two Birds Countryside Spirits were born out of delicious flavours inspired by farmers, land owners and the countryside we live and love. We create a range of flavoured spirits; from Speciality Cocktail Gin to Watermelon Gin, and from Christmas Spiced Vodka to Salted Caramel Vodka there is sure to be a flavour to suit all palates. All spirits can be enjoyed neat over ice, or, in a cocktail or hot toddy.

After adoption by Fusion Spirits in 2023, Keepr's, Two Birds and our range of bottled spirits are now at home in Edinburgh. Still ensuring the highest quality, delicious flavourings alongside our original pledge to preserve British bees and support local wherever we can.

We can't wait to share new exciting flavours with you as we focus on our spirit blends; from rum's, vodka's and gins to signature Whisky pairings.

"Who would’ve thought gin infused with honey, lavender and strawberries would prove to be a match made in heaven? This very British gin from Keepr’s has a perfect balance of naturally sweet honey with fresh and floral ingredients, which combine together to create a sweet but warming flavour. It’s definitely more ‘syrupy’ in texture than the other gins on this list – so much so that you could drink it neat quite easily - so we think it works best as a base for a sweet spring cocktail."
