Bubblegum Balloons

Here at Bubblegum, we know the importance timing when it comes to the perfect gift or planning an event. All our inflated balloons are couriered with DHL, giving you more control over your delivery so that you don’t have to worry about popping to the shop for those last minute party bits!

Unless specific delivery slots are selected at the checkout, our Inflated Balloons are sent with DHL's standard shipping which is 8am - 8pm on the date selected.

Once you've purchased your balloon we will send you your reference number via the email address you supplied with your order – keep this safe, you will need it if you want to make any amends to your delivery. It is also important than when you checkout you supply us with a working telephone number, preferably a mobile, as DPD will send you your hour delivery slot via text message. DHL give you the option to leave the balloon in a porch, with a neighbour or for you to rearrange the delivery date entirely.

When Do You Deliver?

For our Inflated Balloons, there's the option to select your delivery date at the checkout, meaning you can plan ahead to your hearts content!

We offer Next Day Delivery Monday - Friday if your order is placed before 2pm.

If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday the earliest delivery slot will be the following Tuesday.

You have the option to select Monday - Sunday delivery slots.

Baubles

If you've ordered baubles from us they will be sent as standard with the Royal Mail.

Unless Express Delivery has been selected, the items will be sent via 1st or 2nd class post. If you've ordered a helium cannister from us, please note this will arrive separately to your balloons.

Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery on the flat balloons.

Unless the items are in our Inflated Balloons category, they will arrive flat for you to inflate yourself.
