Changes to Your Personalised Order

Since personalised products are made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements if there’s a mistake made during the ordering process, so please take a moment to double-check you are happy with everything you’ve selected and entered to be personalised before you confirm your purchase.

It’s super important that you ensure all the details in your personalised product are correct—whether it’s spelling, formatting, or anything else. Due to the speed at which our automated processes send personalised orders to our third party supplier for production, we can't make any changes or cancel orders once placed, so please be sure before you hit that confirmation button.

Personalised Content Terms

We do not permit personalised products to include any content or material which:

• Infringes copyright: you must ensure that you own the copyright or any other content that you wish to include in a personalised product or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to include that content in a personalised product.

• Infringes any other rights, such as a trademark, of any person or entity or a duty owed to any person or entity.

• Contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation.

• Is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person.

• Misrepresents identity or impersonates any person.

• Includes any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person.

• Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Gives the impression that it emanates from or has been approved by us.

• Advocates illegal activity.

• Contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses or other forms of corruptive code, or any other content which may compromise the service.

We're unable to take responsibility for any mistakes, errors, or defects that come from the information you provide - this includes things like spelling, typos, grammatical errors, the quantity ordered, or even the delivery address.
