I'm Gemma and this is my second daughter Ava, the inspiration behind my little business when she was born in lockdown and we missed out on the typical experiences of her first year.

I wanted to write her a baby journal, but felt I needed one where we could tell our unique story in our own words.

Then Cheeky Little Smiles was born.

We know how it feels to have missed out on a traditional maternity leave, but like you, we learnt that these little babies can bring us the greatest joy and want to capture all these special moments.

The journals allow you to tell your baby's story your way, whilst keeping the typical elements of a baby journal such as baby's firsts and favourites, family tree and 'about me/my parents' pages.

For the parents who worry that life gets busy or they may miss some pages due to sleepless nights, we have included a separate little booklet of prompts. This is perfect to help you recall the most precious memories that you may have otherwise forgotten about.
