Free From Allergens, Full of Flavour
Cheeky Nibble is on a mission to spread joy through food, through truly delicious snacks and cereals which are free from allergens yet full of flavour. Cheeky Nibble specialises in vegan, top 14 allergen free granola; with delicious flavours inspired by famous British desserts and drinks. These include: Cherry Bakewell, Victoria Sponge, Banoffee Pie and Vanilla Latte. These are all made in a BRCAA bakery which is a dedicated Peanut and Tree Nut Free environment, and handmade into uniquely large clusters perfect as both an indulgent breakfast or a snack (“Cheeky Nibble” on the go) offering the first snackable granola hybrid product in the UK. The packaging is recyclable, with the boxes printed with Carbon Balancing, allowing my customers to make the delicious and ethical choice.
However, the big clusters serve a greater purpose than just a delicious crunch.
Cheeky Nibble was founded in 2021 by Marietta Hickman, who is a young Autistic woman with a tic disorder called Tourettes Syndrome. Fortunately, she found that exercise and baking helped her manage her mental health. And so, she combined her two passions by baking a granola that was snackable to fuel her exercise needs, and so Cheeky Nibble was born!
Cheeky Nibble uses the shipping carriers Evri and DPD. Cheeky Nibbles use Evril for any packages 500g to 15kg, and DPD for over 10kg.
We aim to delivery within 2-5 workings days and will do our best to achieve this, but cannot accept liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale. Furthermore, we cannot take responsibility for delays by EVRI and DPD which are outside of our control.
Once the customer has placed an order with Cheeky Nibble it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are in for these deliveries or that they update their delivery options through the tracking link Cheeky Nibble will provide via email once the order has shipped or through the additional tracking provided directly from the couriers. With an EVRI or DPD delivery details can be updated to send the package to a EVRI or DPD access point, safe place or neighbour if the customer is not going to be at the specified delivery address on the date of delivery.
Cheeky Nibble will not be held responsible for any parcels that are not collected in time due to the receiver not having updated their delivery options through the online tracking or not having collected their parcel in time from the EVRI or DPD access point.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to missed collections or no one being available for the delivery attempts, Cheeky Nibble incurs an extra returns cost from EVRI or DPD. If a redelivery is requested this will be at the customers expense.
Cheeky Nibble will also not be held responsible for incorrect email addresses provided at checkout, resulting in the tracking email for the order being sent to the wrong email address. A redelivery will be at the customers expense.

Missing items or undelivered items: As EVRl and DPD require 10 days post delivery of an order to investigate any loss or damage during transit, we require customers to let us know of any issues with their delivery within this timeframe, otherwise Cheeky Nibble will not hold responsibility for any damages or loss in relation to the delivery of the customers order.
For missing items within an order, a photo of the delivery as it arrived to you will be required, along with a photo of the shipping label. If this cannot be supplied you may be required to sign a missing items declaration to allow us to raise an investigation with the courier involved.
