A traditional 'Imigongo' raised art painting from Rwanda. Imigongo is an art form popular in Rwanda traditionally made using a cow dung base. The art originates from the Eastern Province of Rwanda in an area called Igisaka. Traditionally the colours used are variants of black, white and red, popular themes include spiral and geometric designs that are painted onto a wooden base. Imported by Chilli Mash Company Ltd to the UK, we can supply a copy of the certificate of origin with each piece. Made in Rwanda famed for Akabanga Chilli Sauce
