Chimac’s Korean inspired sauces are bold, punchy and bursting with flavour. Created by Sofie Rooney & Garret FitzGerald in their Dublin fried chicken restaurant “Chimac”, the sauce range fuses tasty Korean ingredients with big fusion flavours. Dunk, drizzle, marinade, stirfry or sizzle!
The range includes a Korean Hot Sauce, K-BBQ sauce and Sriracha Caramel, with recipes that fuse traditional Korean ingredients to create exciting fusion flavour. Available in 350ml and 150ml formats, the sauces are perfect for dunking, dipping, stir-fries, or meat marinades.
