A lovely mosaic kit, ideal for beginners and those who always wanted to have a go at mosaic but didn't know where to start.
The kit has everything need to create an attractive mosaic of Lavender sprigs with no cutting or specialist tools required. The tiles included are made from smooth recycled glass and some have a lovely iridescence which really shine when they catch the light.
The mosaic design is simple but attractive and the kit contains lots of tiles and helps to make this a relaxing and pleasurable activity to do, helping you to unwind as you place the tiles one by one.
An ideal gift for a crafty person who will have something to keep for years to come. Or why not make the mosaic yourself and give it to someone as a gift to treasure.
I have given the kit a difficulty level of easy. It can be made with older children with adult supervision at all times.
You will need a disposable tub to mix the grout - an old yoghurt pot or margarine tub would be perfect.
When completed this mosaic is suitable for indoor display only due to the MDF base which is not waterproof.
