About Chukka

Woven polo belts that are stretchy - making them extremely comfortable and easy to wear!

We are Mark and Sue and run our family business from East Sussex.

We source and sell gorgeous belts for men, women, and children in a wide range of designs and colours. For men, our zigzag and striped belts are the most popular. Our women's and children's belts have a narrower band.

The buckle slots through any part of the weave which is slightly stretchy, so you can have it as tight or loose as you like, depending on where you want your trousers to sit.

We have expanded our range to include Team a belt with our luxurious bamboo cotton socks to make the perfect present for those hard to buy for family and friends, especially those tricky men! Fabulous new winter colours just in!

DELIVERY

UK orders, for standard delivery we use 1st Class 24 Hour with Royal Mail. For a faster service, we are also able to offer Special Next Day delivery if ordered by 1pm.

We also deliver throughout Europe and send to the USA as well

SHIPPING

Where possible we dispatch orders placed by 1pm on the same day.

Orders placed and paid for after 1pm, Monday to Friday, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays, are posted on the next working day.

(Please note that at busy times like Christmas there may be a small delay in despatch).

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you choose to return your item, please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.

Please make returns within 14 days of purchase. As soon as we receive your item back, we will contact you to let you know that it’s arrived, and we will refund the purchase price, less the cost of the outward postage. In the unlikely event of a fault with your item, we will replace it.

We will refund the purchase price of all belts and socks. Please note: Socks must not be opened!

Boxers may not be exchanged or returned!

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items that have been discounted.

Any items bought as Christmas presents and requiring refunds or exchanges should be returned to us by 31st January, 2022.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
