Cleancut Wood is the home of original wooden products, designed and made by Stuart and Rosie Treasurer at our small workshop in the north west of the UK. We make contemporary furniture and unique personalised gifts. We love working with solid oak because of its beauty, timeless appeal, and the smell of warm oak shavings in the workshop...

We have also sourced some carefully selected products made from different woods to enhance our range - we personalise these with our high-tech laser engravers for super sharp results.

We are proud of our ability to ensure the quality of our products, and of our customer service, because we are responsible for it all. From the day the stock is delivered, to the day the finished items are shipped off with our couriers, we control everything. This also means we can customise and personalise items as they are going through the workshop - please just ask!

We built the 'Wirral House' on the recent series of Grand Designs

If you spotted the timber-clad modern 'shed on the hill' on Channel 4's Grand Designs, that was us. We were determined to bring even more wood into our lives, inside and out! We tried to use all the experience we have gained designing and making products for Cleancut Wood on Notonthehighstreet.com, and it gave us the confidence to tackle a lot of finishing work ourselves. We had a great time making furniture for the kids rooms, installing internal sawn-finish wood cladding, rough oak tables and benches... and we've been able to develop new products because of it, such as our Custom Oak Desks.

Delivery

We aim to custom make and deliver our products to you within 7 working days.

As well as Royal Mail, we now use a specialised courier for the majority of our deliveries. The courier offers greater convenience, as you can input instructions about a safe place to leave a parcel should you be out, and you can also receive an email or text stating when the delivery will be made (plus an option to rearrange the delivery).

Occasionally we may list a longer availability period, as we go through periods of workshop maintenance or holidays - but we are always happy to accept orders at any time. Please remember that nearly all our products are personalised and hence made to order - if we just pulled them off a shelf, it would be much faster!

We are very happy to ship to the Highlands & Islands, NI, IOM and Channel Islands, with the usual supplement - please see the product page 'delivery' tab for more info.

If you need a very fast turnaround, for a last minute gift or surprise, please send us a message - if we can possibly make the item quicker, and use a faster shipping method, we will try our very best to help.
