ClimeMET is a family business run by an outdoor-obsessive and his daughters (plus their dogs!). We design our range of home and garden weather dials from our workshop in rural Suffolk.
ClimeMET was created by a man who loved the outdoors. He had an inner connection with the weather and would stand on the beach in Norfolk watching the waves and the clouds roll in, as he waited for the right conditions to go sailing or windsurfing.
He wanted to design a brand of weather instruments that was made for people like him, who feel this connection to the natural world around them. A brand whose products were powerful enough to record the strongest of winds and the fiercest of storms, but lightweight and stylish enough to blend into our homes, our gardens and our lives.
From tide clocks to barometers, and from rain gauges to hygrometers, we provide you with everything you need to make the most of the great outdoors.
Our weather dials are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked and Signed For service. Orders for single dials will usually be sent on a 2nd Class Service, and orders for double dials will usually be sent on a 1st Class Service; however this is decided at our discretion. Orders for three or more weather dials, for copper rain gauges, or for large mini dial mount boards will be sent via DPD on a next day service. A signature will be required on delivery, so please choose a delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel. If your item does not arrive on the estimated day, please get in touch so we can look into it for you. Your item may be held at your local Royal Mail depot if no one is home. If it is not called for, and/or is returned for us, we will give you the option to pay a charge for re-delivery or receive a refund for your order. Please note, international deliveries may be held at customs for payment by your local government. We cannot accept liability for items that are not paid for or that are not collected.

We are unable to accept personalised items for refund or exchange unless faulty.
The customer is responsible for checking personalisation details are correct, and that a correct delivery address has been provided.
We use the information you provide to process your order. Your data will never be sold but is shared with carefully chosen third parties to enhance the service that we are able to provide. These services are primarily fulfilling and delivering your order.
We will contact you through the Not On The Highstreet message functionality if we need to speak with you regarding your order but we do not have access to your email address.
As an individual seller on Not On The Highstreet, we do not have access to your payment details.
We do have access to your telephone number and this may be passed on to our chosen delivery partner to ensure they can contact you if they cannot find your address when trying to deliver your order or if there is a problem with your delivery. You may receive text messages from our delivery partners. These are solely for the purpose of updating you on when your order will be delivered, providing you options to re-arrange your delivery or nominate a safe place and/or notifying you of any problems with your delivery. For overseas deliveries, we may also provide certain order, delivery and product information to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Personal information is processed through a secure third party processor called Mintsoft as part of our order management system to allow us to create shipping labels for buyers’ orders and to internally manage inventory levels. The information stored includes customer name, address and phone number. Mintsoft is compliant with the GDPR and does not share our customer data with any third parties. Access to this order management system requires a username and password which is stored with fully secure 128 bit SSL encryption with SSL certificates supplied by Trustico. All data is stored on Microsoft's Azure secure cloud hosting platform. In the unlikely event of any security breaches with Trustico or Microsoft resulting in comprised personal data, Mintsoft will inform us so that we can take action.
