Cocktails At Home are a UK leading producer and supplier of premium pre-mixed cocktails. We offer the largest range of pre-mixed cocktails in the UK available both online and in your local supermarket, as well as offering practical solutions for the hospitality and events industries.

Ethical – We strive to deliver our products whilst protecting the people and the environment. This includes, supporting our team, charities and saving the planet.
OUR STORY
In November 2020 Cocktails At Home was founded by Managing Director, George. George, 21, had worked in hospitality since the age of 16 and had quickly become an experienced restaurant manager, with a profound interest for cocktails. Throughout the pandemic though, he (like many others) was furloughed. During this time when loved ones were separated and people weren’t able to do the things they loved, there was one thing that was able to bring joy to everyone: Cocktails. Unfortunately, the only readily available cocktails were the cheap, low strength, poor tasting ‘cocktails’ on the shelves of the supermarkets. Of course, everyone tried to make their own, but making proper good cocktails for everyone requires a lot of time, skill, and lots of abstract ingredients. So George - along with an old bartending friend, Zac - deployed their expertise - mixing, bottling and shipping cocktails to people all over the country. Cocktails At Home was born.

Carbon Neutral Verified – Since launch, we have officially been a carbon neutral business. That means that any CO2 we produce directly and indirectly, we offset by planting trees. This removes 5 tonnes of CO2 every month.
Planting Trees – We currently plant over 350 trees every year to acheive carbon neutrality. That’s the equivalent of a whopping 1.5 acres of Amazon reforestation. As a byproduct, this also creates employment opportunities and restores the natural habitat of endangered species.
100% Renewable energy – We are a fully electric company and 100% of our energy usage comes from responsible, renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power.
Reuse, Reduce, Recycle – As a company, we do everything we can to limit our negative effect on our planet. That is why we have made our product and shipping packaging 100% plastic free and fully recyclable!
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders placed before 2pm are processed and shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the following day. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. All of our parcels are shipped using DPD. Once your parcel has been shipped you can track and reschedule your delivery using the DPD app or website.
Please note. The following shipping times are not a guarantee. These are provided as a guideline only from our courier - DPD, and are out of our control. During busy times such as the Christmas period, please allow additional time for your parcel to arrive.

The following locations do NOT qualify as UK mainland and come under separate price brackets:

If your location is not listed above we are unfortunately unable to offer shipping to your location at this time.
Please ensure you select the correct option when checking out. Orders that do not select the appropriate shipping method will be delayed until correct payment has been received.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cocktails At Home UK LTD are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

We operate a challenge 25 policy so please be prepared to show your courier a valid form of identification such as a drivers license or passport.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You will also receive an email from our shipping partner, DPD with full tracking information. You can track and reschedule your delivery using the DPD app or the DPD website.
Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive during busy periods. If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of your estimated delivery date - or your parcel has arrived damaged - please contact us with your name, order number, and delivery address, and we will be more than happy to assist

Terms of Service
You must be over 18 to order our products. We operate a challenge 25 policy so please be prepared to show your courier a valid form of identification such as a drivers license or passport. Failure to do so can result in your order being returned without refund.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return simply contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as certain food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
