This Handmade wooden stool is right at home in any style of household thanks to timeless hairpin legs in the colour of your choice.
The top is made from sustainably sourced, birch plywood, Oak, Cherry or Walnut. We make every stool from scratch in our workshops in Cornwall. The wooden seat is treated with a blend of natural oils and waxes that forms an incredibly durable, natural looking finish.
The legs are made from scratch, by hand, by us, in Cornwall. We only use quality 12mm (5/8) solid steel bar for the legs and 3mm steel plate for the top-plate. Once the fabrication is complete they are professionally powder coated in the colour of your choice.
As an alternative to the standard size offered in this listing, this stool can be custom made to the exact size you require. The legs can also be customised to your specific height requirements and the best part is you can have them any colour you want.
Simply use the swatch charts in the product images to pick a colour you like then make a note of the four digit RAL code. you will have to enter this code when you check out. We have over 200 powdercoat options to choose from so were certain we've got one that's perfect for your colour scheme.
You can also add floor defenders to your item to help protect your floor from scratches or marking. The floor protectors are a small disk welded to to the tip of each leg before the powdercoat is applied. After the powdercoating we bond some high-density felt to the underside of the disk. They are very discreet and very sturdy as they are essentially part of the leg itself. Hairpin legs can concentrate a great deal of weight onto a very small point so we would say they are an absoloute must if you have any kind of hard flooring.
