It was CROSSIP founder Carl’s dedication for cycling and rugby which required he be at peak physical form ignited the idea for CROSSIP.
These passions, combined with a career in cocktails (and a love for a social drink) inspired Carl to create a base for cocktails that didn’t come with the negative connotations of alcohol, yet retained all of the positive sensory excitements and flavours that alcohol does.
Carl literally locked himself in a dark room, trialling different spices, botanicals and flavours to optimise a taste with deep layers, and an element of sophistication. Over the course of 5 years, our unique recipes have been developed and perfected to give the ultimate sensory experience within a non-alcoholic drink. The CROSSIP team completely share Carl’s passions that 'not drinking' is not just a one-off, it’s a way of life, it’s about enjoying a drink, but also maintaining balance.
Our aim is to make mightily flavoursome non-alcoholic liquids and aim to prove that alcohol is not essential to enjoy a well-rounded, satisfying adult drink.

Our fulfilment partners are Selazar, they have a returns portal where customers can enter the email address and order number, used to purchase an item, it then will generate a Collect Plus label which they can use to take to a local collection point.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us through your Not On The High Street account, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
