The muted tones of the birds and white background make this an elegant print that will make a lovely gift for an animal-lover.Before becoming a full-time illustrator I worked for the RSPB encouraging people to appreciate the wildlife on their doorsteps and that message has very much influenced this print which features 19 birds found in British gardens.

The birds were hand-drawn and painted with watercolours. Each is numbered with its name being given at the bottom of the print in the style of a traditional natural history guide, while the composition adds a more contemporary feel.
