A delicious 10% ABV British Aperitif made with strawberries and botanicals. Perfect as a Spritz or Summer Cup.

Using a special combination of botanicals chosen to create lip smacking bitterness but cleverly rounded off with subtle strawberry and sweet grape to create the most adult and moreish of aperitifs. We macerate the botanicals for 2 days to extract maximum flavour, before blending with the juices to create this distinctly delicious flavour. Create the perfect British Spritz or Summer Cup.

Nose: Intricate aromatic botanicals, chamomile floral, gentian, grape undertones, guelder rose and strawberry on top.

Taste: Complex woody and herbal, full bodied guelder rose with slight floral characters. Sweet strawberry.
