Order and Supply of Information

Once you have placed an order with Ditsy Chic we will get in touch with you within 48hours (please note: orders placed on the weekend may take longer) to confirm the order has been received and collect all the information required for the proofs. All orders will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Please ensure the information and details supplied for the stationery is accurate to minimise amendment and reproofing. We allow two sets of proofs and any other amends / changes are charges at £15 per proof.

Proofs

Electronic PDF proofs of your order are sent via email. These are the final stages before we go to print so it is essential proofs be checked carefully. What you see is what is printed!

Proofs are produced for the client to check the layouts — While we endeavor to produce this proof as accurately as possible, it is the customers responsibility to confirm that everything is correct and ready for print.

You are responsible for checking images, layout, wording, spelling and grammar. Ditsy Chic takes no responsibility for errors and if designs have been approved/signed off. Any information that is incorrect but is approved by the customer and consequently printed is the customer’s responsibility and full charges will be applied for a reproof and reprint.

Colour Variations

With all printing techniques there may be a slight colour variation due to various reasons. Orders printed at different times, different printing techniques or the use of different printing machines. Whilst we always try to get an exact colour match, please be aware that there is a possibility that items may not be identical in respect of colour and print quality.

Timing

Once Ditsy Chic has received your order information and payment in full, we aim to get PDF proofs to you within two working days. Once proofs have been approved, your finished stationery will be delivered within 5-21 working days weeks. We make every effort to ensure your order is processed and sent as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order.
