It just got personal!

Dizzy is a small jewellery business started in 2002 by me, Lisa Porter, but my first introduction to jewellery making was made way back, when I was 16, and worked in a small jewellery shop in the heart of Norwich City centre. It was a bit of a shock, that the glamorous world of precious metals and beautiful stones, was instead, rather an industrial, dirty, sometimes a bit dangerous and easy to injure yourself! (Which I did... frequently!). Working in a damp basement... Oh the glamour!

Now based in a small village in rural Essex, I have always specialised in personalised items, and for the last few years we have concentrated on expanding the business into engraving, which is a much more computerised skill, so I have brought my son Kit into the business. He is an absolute ace and is bursting with ideas for future projects. He is always open to suggestions about his products and keen to try new things. We are constantly adding to our range, and the sky is the limit with a large selection of possibilities being offered, from adding your wording to photo engraving.

We have for the last few years added a range of ready made, precious metal jewellery, that we keep in stock, and add to very personalised insert cards, to celebrate every occasion and milestone moment, for which we have the appropriate heading, plus some that are a bit cheeky, funny or downright rude. We're not easily shocked!

We offer a range for every budget.

All jewellery is packaged in Dizzy's signature branded, recycled white and black matchbox style boxes, unless otherwise stated or selected.

We try and use recycled materials in our production, even a lot of the silver we use is from a recycled source. Our gift boxes and tissue are made from recycled materials, and our packing does not include plastic. We have some small cello bags which we use for a few pieces, and once they are gone, we will be switching to a more environmentally friendly alternative.

I can dispatch straight to you or the recipient of the gift if required, along with a gift tag on your behalf.
