Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require photographs of both the damaged product and the packaging in which you received it.

We are happy to offer refunds for damaged or defective goods or exchanges for wrong items received, if brought to our notice within 14 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on candles, unless they are damaged on arrival, or gift cards.
