Our Extra Virgin Greek Oil has a distinct grassy green colour that carries a herbaceous flavour with a pleasant peppery aftertaste. It is sourced from the Kalamata region of the Peloponnese and has achieved EU PDO Status. This guarantees that the oil has been produced and prepared in a given geographical area using recognised know how from Koroneiki Olives. It is perfect in salad dressings, marinades, or served simply with Balsamic vinegar and bread.
Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a complex acetous fragrance with a great balance of sweet and sour bolstered by a full bodied taste. It is produced in the territory of Modena and Reggio Emilia and aged in Barriques giving it a persistent, intense and delicate taste with woody notes. It is perfect in salad dressings, marinades, or served simply with Olive Oil and bread.
Our Rapeseed Oil is a light, golden coloured oil that has a mild nutty flavour and aroma. It contains Omega 3,6 and 9, as well as being high in vitamin E and having the lowest saturated fat content of any commonly available oil. Due to its mild flavour and high smoke point it is ideally suited for frying, roasting and grilling. However it is equally suited to creating fabulous dressings or simply drizzled onto bread.
