Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a complex acetous fragrance with a great balance of sweet and sour bolstered by a full bodied taste. It is produced in the territory of Modena and Reggio Emilia and aged in Barriques giving it a persistent, intense and delicate taste with woody notes. This vinegar is fantastic in salads or marinades, or equally served simply with olive oil and bread.
Our English Apple Balsamic Vinegar is a fantastic variant to the classic Italian Balsamic. It has a rich balsamic flavour and consistency, that follows through with a mouth tingling cidery punch. It can be used in sauces where the hint of apples carries through or drizzled over salads or in a marinade, making it a fantastic English alternative to Balsamic.
Our White Balsamic vinegar, is traditionally made in Italy, and has a dry and delicate flavour with the perfect degree of sweetness. Its clear colour makes it perfect where a balsamic taste is required, but not the colour, such as glazed halibut, clear sauces, or a lighter salad dressing.
Our Sweet English Raspberry Vinegar is a lovely vibrant red, where upon tasting you get a fantastic burst of fresh raspberry flavour. Due to its fresh full bodied flavour, it works well in both sweet and savoury dishes. Our favourite uses for this vinegar are for making pavlovas, marinades, and salads or it can even be served on ice cream!
