Dusty Pinks & Polar Bears

Dusty Pinks & Polar Bears is a small business producing beautiful prints for children, designed to spark their curiosity and imagination.

It was founded by me, Alice, during the first Lockdown of 2020. I’ve always loved to make things and finally I had some spare time to get creative! I also have a love for interior design, and this combination meant I was able to join up my creativity with making things to add a perfect finishing touch to a child’s room.

To create a range of prints that customers will love I constantly question, ‘Would I put this up in my own home?’, and ‘Would I be delighted to receive this?’. I love feedback from customers, friends and family, and It’s an incredible feeling to know that people value my work to give it space in their home, or give it as a gift to loved ones.

By the end of 2020 I had been made redundant from my job in property development, and it seemed like the perfect time to focus developing my hobby into a small business. Since then I haven’t looked back and I’m excited about what’s to come!
