All goods are hand made. This means the images on the website will not be the exact product that you receive. There may be some slight differences in the products you receive due to the hand made process. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. All products are listed with approximate weight and dimensions, please take note of these before you order. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, dimensions and measurements may vary slightly.

The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

Sizing

We aim to deliver all products at the correct size so (where necessary) please confirm your size before ordering. You can measure the size of your finger at most local jewellery outlets, or a ring sizer can be sent out to you before your order is made. Please contact us if you require a ring sizer. If we are making the product to measurements you have given us, you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct.

Returns and refunds

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bespoke orders, custom or customised items (such as special orders or personalized items) and earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
