A favourite of ours here at ELK, the Ebony Clutch echoes the banded hardwoods found in the Mid-Century furniture and architecture of Southern California. Think palm trees, pink sunsets and Hollywood at the height of its ‘60s glamour. The Ebony Clutch is perfect for warm Californian evenings and carefree times.
Paired with a variety of rich sustainable leathers, we have hand picked every individual hide and sympathetically matched it with the specific wood grain of each bag shell. This not only provides beautiful color matching, supervised by our master craftspeople, but also ensures that every Clutch is unique.
Here at ELK Design Studios, we strive to ensure all our products are sustainable, eco-friendly and ethical. We also work hard to ensure there is minimal waste and avoid using hazardous materials in our manufacturing processes.
Offered in both vegan and calf hide finishes, every Clutch bag is crafted by hand in California and utilises excess leather cast off by upholsteries that, despite being in perfect condition, would have otherwise ended up in landfill. For this reason, the leathers used have a diverse range of tones, making each bag a one-of a kind piece
