A Little Bit About Ellbalou

Ellbalou creates fun, stylish and comfy clothing for babies and children. Based in North East of England, every item is lovingly handmade and shipped worldwide.

After working as a designer in the fashion industry I decided to move into childrenswear design and set up my own business, Ellbalou. My design experience has given me an eye for detail, a passion for colour and bold prints and assurance that all of our garments are designed and handmade with quality and durability in mind.

All of our beautiful fabrics are either GOTS Organic or OEKO – TEX Certified which are kind on your little ones skin. We offer a choice of 20+ gorgeous fabrics. Seasonal capsule collections will be available as well as a selection of favourite fabric prints that can be purchased all year round.

The Process

We design and hand make rompers, leggings, sweatshirts, dresses, t-shirts, hats, headbands and bibs ranging from Newborn up to 10 years.

Select a garment, select a fabric and your order will be lovingly handmade and sent to you packaged in tissue paper with a message of thanks. We can add a personalised message to your order if required.
