From well established cleaning company to award winning products

elmkind first came about when owners Emma & Alex were running a successful eco-cleaning business in Devon. They were in search of natural cleaning products that were truly sustainable. They needed a product that wasn't covered in plastic, contained only natural ingredients and was honest about its ingredients. When they couldn't find what they were looking for, keen formulator Emma decided she would make what they needed instead. After much research, trialling, reformulating and re-testing they had established 4 main cleaners that worked incredibly well and rolled them out to all staff members. They were only ever intended to be used in house but they kept receiving messages from clients asking what products had been used and how can they buy them, as they smelt 'amazing' and not like 'normal' cleaning products, they knew they had to give the people what they wanted! After a lot more research to make sure they could make them as sustainable as possible, elmkind was born.
