We believe that our body, mind and heart, or emotions, do not exist in isolation. For example, we know that fear (emotions) usually leads to worrying thoughts (mind) which then lead to a restless body and increased blood pressure (body). Therefore, at ELYTRUM, we help you to discover new mindful routines and rituals that lead you to become more aware of your body, mind and senses, feel balanced and when all three parts of your being - mind, body and heart are aligned and work in harmony.

When starting ELYTRUM, I knew that I wanted to offer high-quality body care and wellbeing tools and accessories, made with natural materials and ingredients which grow sustainably or do not contribute to depleting our natural environment anywhere in the world.
