Delivery

Shipping Providers

Our default shipping provider is DPD. However, under certain circumstances outside of our control, we may use alternative shipping providers such as Evri or Royal Mail to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Order Cut-Off Times

To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before our cut-off time of 4 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the delivery status of your order directly with the shipping provider.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are not available to receive your order, our shipping provider will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a local depot.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
