Beautiful butterfly stud earrings
Butterfly designs featured on both sides of each earring so they can be seen from all angles. These hang on small gunmetal coloured chains, attached to ball-shaped studs. I use decoupage to apply my illustrations to their wooden shapes, followed by crackle-glaze and finally liquid gold leaf to add speckles & highlight the edges.

Total earring length 4cm. Butterflies alone are 3 x 2.2cm. Studs are 4mm in diameter.
Made from
Butteflies made from plywood. Metal parts are a mix of brass and iron, and are nickle free.
