Day trip from London filled with English Wine & English Cheese, quite simply what could be better?
If you love wine & cheese then we have the perfect day out for you. Join us for one of our speciality English Wine & Cheese pairing tours, where not only will you get to sample an array of English Wines, but you'll also learn the art of wine and cheese pairing. These tours are fabulous for anyone who enjoys wine and wants to learn more about wine and food pairing, while enjoying a fabulous day out in the beautiful English countryside.
English Wine & Cheese Tours depart from central London and head to Kent where we will visit two English vineyards for a guided tasting of their award winning English wines. Then you will enjoy a delicious picnic amongst the vines before heading to Silcocks Dairy. Here we'll introduce you to 6 of our favourite English wines, paired with 6 English Cheeses and teach you the art of pairing wine and cheese, before letting you loose in the fine food store where you can purchase everything we have sampled and more. We do the driving, so you can enjoy the full English wine experience while we create an unforgettable day for you to remember.
LOCATION: Tours depart from English Grounds, London (nr London Bridge)
DURATION: Full day trip departing 9am and returning approximately 6.30pm
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Each purchase is for an individual ticket, and includes a discount on all wines purchased on the day and a goody bag with a bottle of English wine as special momento of your day. Tours run from June to September. Minimum age 18. Maximum 24 people per tour. All bookings subject to availability. Please wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing as we will spend some time outside in the vineyard. As you will be tasting wine from 11am onwards we advise having a large breakfast. Tours depart promptly at 9am, if you fail to arrive in time for the coach we may have to depart without you, with no refund available.
