Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day, we cannot dispatch on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders are sent with Royal Mail standard shipping which takes 3-4 working days. If you require tracking or faster delivery please purchase express shipping at the checkout. Please double check your delivery address as there may be an extra fee if we are provided with an incorrect address.

Unfortunately we cannot accept earring returns due to hygiene reasons. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us via order enquiry and we will do our best to correct the issue.

Please note that jewellery orders come with one free silver polishing cloth and pouch, please get in touch if you require more.
