Radish and Broccoli -
Radish characteristics: White and burgundy treats with a bright green pair of top leaves with a zingy peppery radish taste.
Broccoli characteristics: white stem with deep green leaves they taste pretty mild and crunchy. Some say there is a slightly bitter taste.
Corriander and Beetroot -
Beetroot characteristics: lofty deep red leaves and stems. Tender with an earthy, spinach like flavour.
Coriander characteristics: One of the tastiest micro green with green juicy stems and leaves bright, sweet, and spicy flavour without the soapy, bitter characteristic that mature coriander can develop.
