FROM YOU TO ME is a Bath based, family-run business creating beautiful, high-quality meaningful gifts that are touching and delightful.
Dear Friends
We believe that being part of a family, whatever that word means for you, is one of the most rewarding things we can do during our time on this planet.
Whether your family is made up of friends, lovers, parents, siblings or children, families require patience, compassion, and a whole lot of work. Our products are designed to allow everyone, no matter what their family make up, to celebrate this chaotic, glorious and often complicated but always rewarding form of love.
Our products are printed on FSC paper and all children's products are tested to the highest safety standards.

Delivery
DELIVERY
STOCK ITEMS
UK orders received before 12am (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) are usually picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Delivery times are 48 hours from the day of dispatch.
Overseas orders received before 12am (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Delivery timescales depend on delivery location.
In busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, this may take a little longer so please order early to avoid any disappointment.
MADE TO ORDER
All Made To Order (including personalised) gifts are handmade and take 3-4 working days to make, They are then packed and dispatched. Delivery times are 48 hours from the day of dispatch.
ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order a Made To Order gifts at the same time as a Stock item gift then these will be shipped to you in separate parcels to the timescales outlined above.
SHIPPING
We ship all our products using the most appropriate service at the time of dispatch. Where tracking is used a tracking code will be attached to your order, this can take up to 24 hours after the order has left us to be visible on your order.
CHRISTMAS
Our last order dates, to ensure they are with you for Christmas, are:
• Made To Order gifts - Sunday 15th December.
• Off The Shelf gifts - Monday 16th December
Although we won't be able to take orders for a guaranteed Christmas delivery we will be open until Friday the 20th 16:00 to deal with questions and to resolve any issues should you have them. We will re-open on the 2nd January after a much-needed break with family and friends.
RETURNS
Apart from personalised, made-to-order items, we are happy to accept returns provided the product is returned in a fit-for-sale condition. During the Christmas period (20/12 to 02/01) the office is closed so we strongly advise that you wait until the 2nd of January to return any items to us as there will be no one here to accept the delivery and there is no where to safely leave it.
PACKAGE & POSTAGE
Our products rarely go missing, however if your order hasn't arrived within 3 working days after the expected delivery date please check to see if you have been left a card or if it is with a neighbour. However, should your order fail to turn up, or there is a problem with it, please do contact us through your order as we will be delighted to help sort this for you.
CHARITABLE SUPPORT
Each year we support 2 key charities, so we are unable to support requests for charitable donations.
