We will make every effort possible to ensure your cookies exceeds your expectations. However, in some instances the finished product may differ slightly due to the fact that each cookie is individually hand made and cookies may vary from the photos in design and colour. At all times we will endeavour to delight you with our quality of products and services.

We try our best to package our cookies so they arrive to you in one piece, however slight damages may occur as they are a freshly baked cookie. Fragile designs may snap/break, please be aware of this before ordering. Unfortunately we cannot refund cookies where minor damage has occurred during transit, eg slight broken edges.

We aim to send out our cookies as soon as possible, however during busy periods this could be up to 5-7 working days. We will send out our delicious cookies to you in a timely manner, and they may take up to 14 days to be delivered to you by the postal service. Once we hand over your order it is out of our hands - unfortunately we can't hand deliver them ourselves over the UK, we have to rely on our lovely posties at Royal Mail.

Please order your cookies well in advance for parties or events to avoid disappointment, as once we have dispatched the orders, we have no control over the delivery process. All of our products keep well for up to 2 months from when you order, if stored in original packaging at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance by the law of England. They may be changed at any time due to changes in our business or the governing law.
