Harlie Brown Ceramics

All my pieces are handbuilt using a variety of techniques such as slab building, coiling and pinching. I enjoy creating this way as you can really get a feel for the clay and the way it wants to move to create beautiful dimples and curves. Handbuilding also means no one item is the same as the next nor is it perfect and that is why I love it!

You will see in my collection I like to leave some. of the natural clay as part of the look, I use terracotta and a white stoneware. These clays are naturally very attractive so I try to enhance this with hand painted patterns shapes and designs in eye catching colours.

I believe my ceramics would make a wonderful addition to any home, the perfect unique wedding gift, birthday / Christmas or just to treat yourself!
