A little about us

In pursuit of pleasure

Welcome to Hilton Macarons, founded by husband and wife team James and Andrea. From our macaron kitchen located in the heart of the historic town of Framlingham, Suffolk, our daily pursuit is to craft the finest and most delicious macarons.

The perfect macaron should have a crunchy outer shell, a slightly chewy center that is not too sweet and a generous filling with a flavour that seamlessly fills the whole macaron.

Our multi-award winning macarons are hand-made with Italian meringue and use only the finest ingredients, all natural fillings and free range eggs. They are all vegetarian, gluten-free and alcohol free.

All our processes are designed with social and environmental sustainability in mind. We use recycled materials where possible and all our packaging 100% recyclable.

Delivery

OUR MACARONS

Are all hand made with Italian meringue and we use only the finest ingredients: Belgian chocolate, all natural flavourings and free range eggs from Havensfield Eggs. All our macarons are gluten-free, alcohol free and vegetarian.

All our macarons contain eggs, milk, nuts and soya, and you can find a full ingredient and allergens list for all of our macarons on our Flavours page and selecting your desired macaron.

They will keep fresh for 7 days in the fridge, although you should allow them to come up to room temperature before eating them.

OUR PACKAGING

We are acutely conscious of the environmental issues around food packaging, and macarons are fragile and delicate things which require a considerable amount of protection in order for us to be able to deliver them safely and ensure they arrive in one piece.

Consequently we have worked very hard to ensure that all of our packaging is either fully recyclable or compostable/bio-degradable.

Our postal box is reusable/recyclable/compostable. The shock absorbing protective pellets we use are made from GM free starch can either be reused, composted or can simply be rinsed down a sink as they dissolve completely in water. The protective heat-sealed sleeve around our box is made from polythene which is 100% recyclable. Our box is made of paper and card and can be recycled as such (or you can use it to keep things in - it is quite a pretty box!) and lastly the thermo-formed insert inside our box which protects our macarons is made from 100% recycled PET and can itself be re-cycled again and again.

However, it is not enough that we make our packaging as recyclable as we can, it has to actually be recycled.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us before placing an order with us. This agreement applies as between you as a user of this Website and Hilton Macarons.

Due to the handmade nature of the Goods any colours, flavours or appearance may not be the exact equivalence of any pictures or descriptions on this Website or any samples provided in advance and any such variances will not be deemed to constitute a fault in the product.

If we are not able to send you one or more of the flavours you have picked for your order, we reserve the right to replace it with a close alternative if your choice is not available.
