Using Apple Maps: drop a pin in the location you want co-ordinates. Clicking/tapping on the pin will show the information about the location, including the co-ordinates. Select co-ordinates, copy and then paste in the field above.

Using Google Maps on a computer: wherever you right-click, the first menu item are the co-ordinates for where your mouse pointer is. Choosing that menu item will copy the co-ordinates to the clipboard, then simply paste them in the field above.

Using Google Maps on a phone: tap to drop a pin, scroll through the information panel to find the co-ordinates. Tap on the co-ordinates to copy to the clipboard, then paste in the field above.
