Plant based food has not only been a way of life for me its become a passion, quite honestly i would say its the point i actually started to enjoy cooking the most and started to play with food (in a good way)

I have had my share of kitchen disasters getting to this point, but i believe that is why i can stand strong and say that i have created something that is bloody great and i want to share it with you all.

Cooking and creating is my therapy, my happy place, my little sanctuary and for you to enjoy then that is just the icing on my focaccia!

In 2024 we hit London street food markets and people were coming back for more we have now added more new flavours and some of our fully loaded savoury range
