Hi! I'm Hannah and I'm the proud founder of HOMETOWN, a creative journal designed to help you see and experience your local area in a positive new way.

With my little venture I'm on a mission to encourage mini adventures, mindfulness, connections with nature and community spirit so that, ultimately, you feel a greater sense of happiness and belonging - where you are right now!

I'm a small independent business in Falmouth, the beautiful Cornish town that inspired me to create this journal, but it works in all sorts of towns, cities, boroughs and villages. So whether you've lived in the same place forever or recently moved somewhere new, I hope you enjoy embarking on this personal creative journey to explore, discover and fall in love with where you live :)
