About me
Designer-maker living in East London.
Hoop n Loop was founded by Carol Tai in 2017.
Everyone thinks they have the best pet - and none of them are wrong. Carol wants to celebrate the owners love for their pet.
After completing a fashion design degree in Manchester and spending time living in Glasgow, Tai moved to London to study fabrics and garment-making, and become a creative Pattern Cutter.
Looking for a way to bring her own love of animals into her work, she set up Hoop n Loop to create embroidered pet portraits – inspired by her own dog, Koko.

Delivery
--- How long will it take to make? ---
Production times vary depending on how busy I am at the time. Usual turnaround is around 2 weeks from the date I receive your photo. If you need it in a hurry, please contact me directly and I will try my best to make sure it arrives within your given time frame.
--- What sort of photos do I need? ---
High res, in-focus photos taken in daylight without a filter are ideal. The better the photos, the better (and more accurate) the portrait will be. But don't worry! If you are unsure - message me and I'll take a look!
--- Can I see the artwork first? ---
I do not normally send out the artwork. However if you would like to see it before production please email me. I welcome any feedback for adjustments you may like. I'm happy to alter the design until you're happy.
