We've included robust rich wood products to team with your brisket: Hickory chunks for the classic Texan bbq taste and Whisky Barrel Oak chips for a strong punch smoke flavour. Mix the two for a more complex smoke. All our wood products are 100% pure, sourced from sustainable, managed resources and produced specifically for use with food. The Whisky Barrel chips are made from 30 year old oak barrels used to age Scottish Whisky, steeped in wonderful whisky aromas.
Our trio of rub, sauce and marinade, all by Angus & Oink, have been selected for their Deep South flavour for use with red meats, though can be used with other bbq recipes.

PitBoss BBQ Sauce. A thick, spice packed sauce for smothering over brisket burnt ends. Ideal as a glaze or try with ribs, pork shoulder or chicken wings. Shelf life 14 months. Ingredients: Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Peppers, Malt Vinegar, Cider (>5%), Treacle, Sugar, Tomato Ketchup, Guava, Paprika, Mustard Powder, Thyme, Allspice, Cumin, Coriander, Honey, Worcester Seasoning. OMG BBQ Beef Meat Injection. A dry mix of ingredients which is mixed with water to create a liquid marinade.
