Mix the two for a more complex smoke. All our wood products are 100% pure, sourced from sustainable, managed resources and produced specifically for use with food.
Our trio of rub, sauce and marinade, all by Angus & Oink, have been selected for their Deep South flavour for use with red meats, though can be used with other bbq recipes.
