Started nine years ago by us, Sue Buckland and Pippa Currey following the start of school for our youngest children. Trained silversmith’s, we set out to create wearable, forever pieces inscribed with love and wisdom.

Our gorgeous wearable pieces made in the UK from sterling silver and gold, personalised by our in house engraving team and finished with stunning semi precious stones and pearls are truly bespoke and special.
Our standard delivery service is free and orders are sent using Royal mail 1st class post.
This service by Royal Mail has a delivery estimate of 1-2 working days, this however is a guideline and is not a guaranteed timeframe.
Express Next Day Service - is via Royal Mail and is a signed for tracked service.
European Delivery - is via Royal Mail and is a tracked service taking 5 - 7 days depending on the destination country.
Worldwide Delivery - is via Royal Mail International and is a tracked service taking 10 - 14 days depending on the destination country.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on all unpersonalised items, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition. If a personalised item is unsuitable we will happily work with you to try and resolve the problem by modifying the item.
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.
We offer a years guarantee on all our products. The guarantee lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as silk, leather or waxed cotton. Please note the special care instructions issued with your purchase.

The dispatch note received with your order has a return address label for your use.
