Get Well Stay Well Tea 50g

• Grab a teapot, a cafetiere or your tea making equipment of choice.
• Scoop 1 -2 teaspoons of herbal and the same for each of your friends into a pot and add boiling water.
• 3 cup tea pot = 3 / 6 teaspoons of herbal tea.
• Let the tea infuse for 15 minutes.
• Simply pour the brewed tea into cups and serve.
• Breathe, sip your tea and relax

Get Well Stay Well Essential Oil 10ml

• Get Well Stay Well essential oil can be used in the bath, or it can be vaporised in an oil burner to create an cleansing atmosphere.
• It can be added to a massage oil or cream and used as a body oil.
• Use 6-8 drops per bath and 10 -18 drops per 30ml of carrier oil.

Get Well Stay Well Pulse Point roller 10mlThis essential oil blend has been added to a carrier oil and can be applied to the skin directly. There are certain areas of the skin that are more permeable such as pulse points on the wrists and temples, so this therapeutic blend can be applied here for effective absorption.

Beevital Propolis Liquid (Water Soluble) 30mlPut 2-3 drops of propolis liquid into warm liquid (water, tea, fruit juice) or if preferred directly into the mouth or on a small piece of bread. Repeat up to 3 times per day as required. Propolis Liquid may be used as a gargle when diluted. Follow practitioner instructions.
