Relax & Unwind Tea can be made into a herbal drink by infusing the herbs in boiling water. Serving: 1 - 2 teaspoons of dried cut herb per 1 cup of boiling water. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes.. Lemon Balm Leaf, Oat Straw, Vervain, Rooibos, Lime Flowers, Honey Bush, Rose Blossom.
